MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When you have received confirmation of your order, this only indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. 

VIRUS PROTECTION
We make every effort to check and test all website material at all stages of production, and to use transfer formats which have a low probability of virus infection. Users of the site are recommended to run an anti-virus program for any material downloaded from the Internet, including documents and other objects downloaded directly from this site. We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or your computer system which may occur whilst using material derived from this website, or any products named or linked to the site 

PAYMENT METHODS
We are able to accept payment by any major Credit/Debit card, Pay Pal or by direct payment to our bank account. If you wish to pay by direct payment our bank details will be displayed when checking out and goods will be processed only after we receive cleared funds in our account.  If funds are not received within a week, the order is automatically deleted from the system.

Please note for payment by Pay Pal there will be a 4% surcharge to cover Pay Pal fees. There will be a 4% surcharge on credit card payments and payment by Amex. 

DELIVERY & HANDLING
Our nominated courier to handle all our dispatches is DPD(www.dpd.co.uk). We are able to ship to any destination within Mainland UK and Europe and other locations on request. Please refer to the section on Shipping Rates for costs to your address. If your destination is not included in the list of countries, please do let us know where you intend to ship to and we will look for the most competitive rate for you.

We will endeavour to send out your order within 5 working days of cleared payment. T&J Wholesale Ltd offer a free delivery service within mainland UK for orders over £500 (excluding VAT). Mainland UK Orders under £500.00 will be charged at £9 for each 30kg box.

You will be notified of the dispatch date at least 48hrs before your order is shipped. At the point of dispatch you will receive a copy of your tracking number/s through your registered email address by which you can track the status of your order until it arrives safely at your door. If you would prefer to use your own nominated forwarding agent, you will need to let us have their full contact information so we can make arrangements to hand your order over to them.

Shipping is estimated in the checkout area on the site based on the total weight of your order divided by 30kgs (the maximum weight of each box shipped).  If we manage to fit your order into less number of boxes than charged, you will be refunded the difference on dispatch of your order.  

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Items shown on this website may not always be in stock. If any of your chosen items are not in stock, you will be advised of our best estimate of availability and delivery date at the time you place your order. Please note that an indication of such dates is an estimate only and may be subject to change without notice, and does not constitute a contractual obligation by T&J Wholesale Limited to supply goods by a certain date. However, if availability is unduly delayed, we will keep you informed of changes to dispatch. You will not be charged anything for placing an order on a back order item until it is ready for dispatch.

DELABELLING
T&J Wholesale buys adult’s and children’s clothing direct from the factories which manufacture for the high street stores. The lines are generally available to us for reasons such as late deliveries being cancelled, overruns on certain lines or on rare occasions when stock has been cancelled due to a small percentage of the line being faulty and cancelled. It is a legal requirement that we sell the products with the brand ticket cut out or on occasion blackmarked.

All goods are sold on the condition that all labelling is removed prior to being offered for resale. If on the occasion of receiving the goods the chain store logos and trademarks still remain it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to remove these logos and trademarks and T&J Wholesale Limited will no longer accept any responsibility for any fines incurred.

RETURNS

T&J Wholesale Ltd offers a 'No Quibble 7 Day Guarantee' on all purchases. Our returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days of the date you received the item for a full refund provided it is unused, unopened and in the same condition as when the order was originally despatched from us.

T&J Wholesale Ltd does not offer a free returns service unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent.
You must notify us of any faulty items or discrepancy in quantity to your order within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. A refund will be issued upon within 14 days of receipt of the damaged item.

You will be responsible for the safe return of all goods. We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels therefore we strongly advise you to use a traceable postage method.

PRICING
All prices are in £ sterling and exclusive of VAT, (where applicable) at the current rates. Prices are also exclusive of packaging and delivery charges. Both delivery and VAT are calculated and added separately at checkout. Any exceptions will be clearly marked on the website where relevant. Prices may be subject to change without notice, but we will only alter the price after we have confirmed your order, if is to your benefit.  
If you are from an EU country, please add your correct VAT number when you create your account and you will not be charged VAT. If you have not done this when you created your account please notify us and we will add your VAT number to your account and you will not be charged VAT. If you are from the EU and are not VAT registered then VAT will apply at the standard rate.
