1. What is your minimum order quantity ?

There is no minimum order requirement. Styles are sold in ratio packs. You can purchase just one ratio pack of any style.


2.Can I choose colours and sizes ?

Unfortunately we cannot take orders for specific sizes or colours. We make up ratio packs of 6,9 or 12 pieces based on the stock breakdown we receive from our suppliers. As most of our stocks are over runs they do not come in equal quantities for size and colour. You will receive a mix of colours and sizes based on the stock breakdown we take in. Please refer to the description for each of our listings to get an indication of how many pieces you will get for each size.

 

3.Are your garments authentic?

All our garments are sourced directly from licensed factories and are derived from genuine overmake stocks or cancelled orders.


4.Do the garments come with brand labels and tags ?

Most of our garments come with slightly snipped labels to prevent unauthorised store returns, however please read the description for each product which will indicate the condition of the main label. Chainstore garments will have the labels and tags removed. This is in order to protect the intellectual rights of the original high street chainstore. Labels are removed by the manufacturer or by ourselves before sale, however mistakes can happen and it is our customers' responsibility to ensure that all kimbles and original labels which can identify who the garment was made for are removed prior to sale! All items of clothing have labels with washing instructions and fabric content.


5.Am I allowed to copy and use your images for my eBay or internet on-line store?

Our images are not copyright and you are allowed to use them for the purpose of reselling the items.


6.What are your shipping charges?

7.Do you sell on Ebay or have a retail site?

We only sell wholesale and are not connected in any way to any retailer or Ebayer!


8.Do you sell seconds?

Our garments are brand new perfect Grade A stock. On the rare occasion that we do offer grade B goods we will clearly state that the goods being offered are grade B

 

9.What if I am not happy with my order? Can I return it?

T&J Wholesale offers a 'No Quibble" 7 Day returns policy on all purchases. Our 7 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, even if there are no faults, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item. We will not refund items that are returned without the full original ratio (unless the items are faulty). Please refer to our returns policy

 

10.What if I receive a faulty item?

If any item has a fault, we will then exchange it free of charge or provide a credit, or refund if the item is no longer available upon receipt of the faulty item. Please refer to our returns policy.


11.Do you ship to all countries?

Please refer to the section on Delivery to see the countries we ship to. If your country is not included in the list then please do send us an e-mail to info@tj-wholesale.co.uk stating the shipping destination and we will get back to you with a quote.


12.What about VAT?

Prices quoted are excluding VAT at the current rate of 17.5% on adult clothing.  No VAT is payable on children's wear.  Any VAT applicable to your order is calculated and added at checkout. If you are from an EU country, please add your correct VAT number when you create your account and you will not be charged VAT. If you have not done this when you created your account please notify us and we will add your VAT number to your account and you will not be charged VAT. All customers from outside of the EU will not be charged VAT but you may be liable to import taxes in your country.

 

13.What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay by Paypal, Credit/Debit card or by direct payment to our bank account. Please note if you pay to our bank account your order will not be dispatched until the funds are cleared.


14.When will I receive my order?

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. We will notify you when we have dispatched your order.


15.Do you sell cheaper in bulk?

Yes. If you wish to order in bulk (more than 500pcs) then please e-mail us or phone us at 0845 680 8768


16.May we visit your showroom?

You are welcome to come and visit during office hours. Please call to make an appointment before you come.
